Hey, I was wondering what rating you are suggesting to use for the rating bands? USCF if we have one? Lichess? Chess.com? Those ratings vary wildly in strength, and I don't want to join one where I'll be over or under strength.

Midway down the page here: https://www.chessdojo.shop/training you will find a rating conversion tool that will tell you your FIDE rating based on lichess or chess.com rating or uscf rating. This way you will know what band you are in based on estimated FIDE rating
